We require accurate details to maintain accountability, protect our designs and prevent misuse.

All our new STL files contain hidden, embedded watermarking inside the model geometry. These markers are invisible during printing but allow us to identify our designs, even if the file is renamed, modified, or re‑uploaded elsewhere.

Platforms marketplaces can often detect and verify these identifiers and may refuse uploads or remove listings if a file matches our protected designs.

Redistribution, resale, or sharing of our files is strictly prohibited.

Props from games and films do not carry the same copyright as protected characters. We are the original designers of the Hawkmoon, Rayguns etc and we worked in partnership with Activision when they were created in 2015. We engineered these files from scratch from pictures and they have dated source files, they do not belong to Activision - they belong to us, it is ripped models from games and films which are illegal. We also do not endorse IP theft.

All original characters, creatures, designs and story elements created by Easton3D are protected under automatic copyright. These works also carry independent copyrights as original intellectual property and may not be copied, modified, reproduced, redistributed or used commercially without permission. The unique expressions, behaviours and specific functional design choices of our models are also protected, as these elements form part of their original copyrighted identity

We regularly monitor all public platforms for unauthorised redistribution of our files, models and photographs. Any loss of earnings resulting from stolen or illegally shared files, sales of printed models, or recreated expressions and functions of our designs may lead to legal action, including civil claims and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
