We’re looking for local visual creators in Hastings & St Leonards who enjoy social media, product photography, video editing and live selling. Easton3D is expanding, but we’re still a small team — and we need help building our content, running lives and managing listings content across Whatnot & TikTok Shop - whilst we focus on designs, new products and a book line.
This is not a salaried role. Instead, it’s a commission‑based partnership where you earn:
• 50% commission on any income generated directly from the content you create for our platforms
(including platform bonuses, live incentives, or content‑based earnings)
• 10% commission on every sale you generate through listings, lives, product promotion, or platform activity.
We keep ownership of the social media platforms — you help us grow them and you earn from the results. If you’re reliable, creative and local to Hastings or East Sussex and you want to collaborate with a growing creative brand, get in touch. Let’s build something together.
You’ll need your own high‑quality phone and basic visual‑creation setup. We don’t have studio lighting or professional gear here, so this role suits someone who’s already comfortable shooting clean, well‑lit photos and videos using their own equipment.
You’ll be working with real products. We’ll provide small batches for you to photograph, film, and create visual content with. Jewellery items will be supplied one at a time due to their value. Once the content is complete, everything will be collected again and you simply use our shared google drive folder to share the finished work for us to upload. This keeps the workflow simple, secure and easy for both sides. We will handle customers, postage, run the listings and run our platforms.
For live streams, we will work together as you will need us to log onto the platform and more than one item may be required for the stream.
Because of the type of content we'd like to create — especially our 3D printing builds, timelapses, transformations and product showcases — there is huge earning potential on YouTube for creators who can produce excellent, engaging videos. High‑quality content in this niche performs extremely well and creators can earn from ad revenue, shorts bonuses and platform incentives when the content hits the right audience.

This is a separate path for people who want to print and sell our models.
This track isn’t about content — it’s a business opportunity.
This track isn’t about running your own shop — it’s a local production role for people who want to help us print and showcase our 3D models. You will NOT handle customers, postage, listings or fulfilment. All sales and customer management are handled by Easton3D.
As a production partner, you’ll print our models, inspect quality. Finished items are handed back to us for listing and sale on our platforms.
This means:
You print and inspect our models
You hand finished items to Easton3D
You earn commission per printed item
We handle all customers, postage, listings and fulfilment
You do NOT run your own shop or sell independently
This is how local partners help us scale production while keeping all brand, customer and platform management under Easton3D.
As a Local 3D Print Production Partner, you cover the cost of printing — including filament, electricity, machine wear and failed prints. Because of this, you earn a high commission of 85% per printed item from our website sales. 60 - 70% of other platform sales
Easton3D covers all fulfilment costs, including:
Postage
Packaging
Platform fees
Customer service
Returns
Listings
Marketing
Platform management
To keep the partnership fair and sustainable, Easton3D retains a fee. This covers the cost of running the shops, protecting the brand and managing all customer‑facing responsibilities.
This structure ensures you earn the majority of the profit for the work and materials you provide, while Easton3D handles everything related to selling, shipping and customer management.
To maintain brand protection, all printing must be done locally within Hastings & St Leonards. STL files cannot be sold, shared, distributed or uploaded anywhere online. You must ensure any equipment or helpers you use follow the same rules.
This is not a content role — it’s a local production partnership.
The sale or distribution of STL files for profit is strictly prohibited. Any outsourced printing must be done locally within Hastings & St Leonards and you’ll be responsible for ensuring our files are not misused, shared, or uploaded anywhere online.
