As TechCore tightens control and federal agents close in, the child, siblings and friends are thrust into a race against time to protect the only friend who has ever truly understood them. Burty isn’t just a program. He becomes a secret someone desperately wants erased. Saving him may cost them everything.

This is the first book in a five‑part series — the beginning of the Burty universe. Kerry writes the Burty stories; Chris builds the toys. Together they’ve created a family‑friendly sci‑fi world that bridges storytelling and design, where each chapter inspires new physical creations.
